The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI™) is a powerful psychometric tool that measures tendencies and preferences in how people perceive and use information when making decisions. – How the individual makes decisions and the approach (logical analysis or value- and people-centered) taken when making them are indicated by the Thinking (T)/Feeling (F) scores

– The way the individual deals with the world in the decision making process (planned or spontaneous) is indicated by the Judging (J)/Perceiving (P) scores
